The Grove is an urban multifamily living environment that offers 215 total units comprised of studios, as well as one and two bedroom apartment homes. Residents and guests enjoy safe and secure garage parking complete with a roof top deck amenity center. The rooftop deck boasts a plunge pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, 4 outdoor living rooms with shaded seating and views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The project sits on just over 2 acres of land and yields over 102 units per acre. The site is located close to public transit, the highway, parks and local commercial establishments and regional amenities such as Broncos Stadium.
